A small online group for women healing after an abusive relationship. Seven weeks. Seven phases. Seven women, working through my guided journal, Fractured, together.
Every woman receives a copy of the guided journal, mailed to her.
Each session's worksheet arrives in advance, so you can come prepared.
Saturdays, 4:00 to 5:30 pm Mountain Time, starting November 7. One session moves to a Tuesday for Thanksgiving weekend.
Join by Zoom from wherever you feel safe and comfortable.
Each week we take one phase of healing from Fractured: Awakening, Grief, Anger, Understanding, Reclaiming, Becoming, and Integration.
Just seven women, so there is room to be open. Sessions are not recorded, so everyone can speak freely.
Healing involves your body, not only your mind. We practice grounding and nervous system regulation together along the way.
By the end of seven weeks, you will have:
This is a special beta price, because I'm still building the course and asking for your feedback along the way. Future cohorts will be priced higher. It includes your free copy of Fractured, a worksheet for every session, and all seven 90-minute sessions.
A payment plan is available if you would like to spread out the cost.
This is the first time I'm offering this group, and I'd like to build it with you. Along the way I'll ask for your feedback through short surveys and questions, so I can keep improving the course and meet women where they are. Your honest input will shape what this becomes.
This group is educational and supportive. It is not therapy and does not replace professional counseling.
You are currently in an abusive relationship. This group isn't designed for that season, and I want you to have the right support. Please email me privately and I'll help you find it.
I'm Tanja Jarvis, author of Fractured. After fifteen years in an abusive marriage, I wrote the journal I wish I'd had. I'm also trained as a coach in nervous system regulation, and I care deeply about healing that includes the body, not just the mind.
Leave your name and email and I'll send you the details. Signing up does not enroll you in anything. It simply means you'll receive information about the cohort.
A few quick questions help me make sure this group is the right fit and that you can take part safely. Your answers are seen only by me.
Your safety comes first. If someone monitors your phone or email, consider signing up later from a device they can't see.
If you are in danger or need to talk with someone right now, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.
